Katherine Salisbury, LPCC, NCC

Katherine is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor as well as a National Certificated Counselor and provides services in the state of Kentucky. Since 2000, she has had the pleasure of working in the field of mental health. Throughout those years, she has worked with individuals, families, and small groups. Her passion is working with others to develop goals and realistic interventions to promote growth. She utilizes a person-centered approach while incorporating mindfulness, humor, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to address Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Binge Eating Disorders, and Relationship Conflicts. Additionally, she uses the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her relationship/couples work (Level 1) and is an LGBTQ ally. She works at Pathfinder Counseling Services.

 

CHRIS MCFALLS-STEGER, DSW, LISW-S, LCSW

Chris McFalls-Steger has a Master of Social Work (MSW) and Doctor of Social Work (DSW) with more than 25 years of experience working with clients from many walks of life in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She was clinical faculty for the University of Kentucky's graduate program in Social Work for seven years teaching MSW students about mental health policy. Chris is independently licensed to practice in the states of Ohio and Kentucky and was a certified therapy canine handler with Pet Partners, a nationally recognized animal therapy certification organization. She also provides clinical supervision to masters-level social workers for those wanting to obtain their independent license in social work. In her free time, she enjoys physical wellness and spending time with her family.

 

Megan Sponcil, LPCA

Megan is a licensed professional counselor associate (LPCA) based in Florence, Kentucky, with a primary focus on supporting the mental wellness of adults and children aged 10 and above. Megan is passionate about helping children understand and manage their unique struggles with anxiety, depression, and life transitions by fostering resilience and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. Megan is also trained to work with children and adults with OCD using exposure based therapy.

Through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, she tailors her individual counseling and group sessions to meet the needs of each child, ensuring a personalized and active therapeutic journey. Megan employs a collaborative and strengths-based approach, and focuses on the client's strengths within their family, community, and school.

Megan has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. She is a member of the American and Kentucky Counseling Association.

Emily Morin, M.A., LPCA

Emily is a therapist and the owner of Quantum Counseling LLC. She believes that making tiny shifts in your life can make a big impact over time. Before becoming a therapist, Emily worked as a personal trainer and physical therapy assistant, laying the foundation for the importance of physical health on mental health. She is a mother to six children and has dedicated many hours to serving those in her church congregation and local community. She enjoys hiking, traveling, playing games with her family, and watching her kids do their sports.
